Went through the wash twice it did not clean my car nor did they give me my money back, saying that they have a One rewash policy!! I’ll never go back there again or recommend them to anybody

Went once back in February. They signed me up for a monthly plan that I did not want. Have tried contacting them through customer support on their website and never received a reply. Also had someone almost back into me through the exit gate as I was exiting the car wash with another vehicle behind me on the conveyor. Would not recommend.

They always tell us 10 limit on vacuums and now there is no vacuums at all. They are down they don’t bother to say anything they said didn’t you read the sign? Well you never had a sign out there saying 10 minutes limit. You always tell us that I go there at least three times a week and I need vacuums more than a car wash to every car I take there , they was on my right hand side they should’ve said something , that is not professional

Came for a wash and vacuum, nobody else there the whole time. But when I was vacuuming they came out and told me I had to stop! I was using the vacuum too long. It wasn’t very long, I only got the front and one spot on the back, but I was told to leave. I wasn’t happy with the wash anyway, they completely missed the top of my back window and left lines on my rims. Not worth it. Had considered a membership but definitely not worth it especially not even being able to finish the carpet. 👎👎👎👎

The car wash itself does a great job — my vehicles always came out clean and the onsite staff were consistently kind and polite. Unfortunately, the customer service on the business side has been extremely disappointing. I had a monthly unlimited Monsoon package on two vehicles, and on multiple occasions I had to stop the wash because it defaulted to a basic wash instead of what I was paying for. While the employees working there were always helpful, this became a recurring and frustrating issue. The bigger problem came when I sold one of my vehicles and went in to remove it from my plan. Instead, both vehicles were canceled. When I went back to restart service for my remaining vehicle, I was incorrectly charged for two monthly Monsoon packages again. I have called multiple times and left voicemails, and also sent an email — it has now been over a month with no response. The staff onsite have been polite but don’t have the ability to resolve billing issues, leaving me with no support. At this point, due to the lack of response and repeated billing problems, I’ve canceled my membership and won’t be returning. Mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up and accountability is unacce
